After the hunt of a lifetime, we only trust our trophies to Artistic Visions Wildlife. As noted in other reviews, Aaron’s network allows for seamless shipment of your trophies from point A to their final destination – which removes all the stress and worry. But more importantly, it is his vision, creativity, and commitment to the authentic representation of the living animals that truly sets his work apart.

They are true artists — bringing “life” to your memories.

Aaron and his team are exceptional. Whether is setting up and managing the complex logistics of an international hunt or recreating a Lifesize mount there’s nobody better in the business. On a recent trip, I was well prepared, with gear lists, travel documents, and all the nuances of traveling abroad to hunt brown bears. What would have been stressful trying to manage personally, was all taken care of and ran seamlessly….flights, hotels, interpreters, gun visas, importing hides…you name it….taken care of!

Back stateside, the quality and attention to detail on the taxidermy were incredible. It really brought the memory to life while adding customizations that make it unique to the animal and trip.

Highly recommend! Professional, honest, fair pricing, you can’t go wrong!

I was given a nice-sized buck head by a friend. She found it in her woods and knew I would appreciate it. I collect skulls as I come across them in the woods. I decided to stop in Artistic Visions. They are a great group of people. Friendly and knowledgeable in the business. I left my new skull to be cleaned. When it came back I couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Aaron and the guys always take care of us. Over the past decade, my family and I have taken countless trophies to his shop and they never fail to produce high-quality taxidermy. They treat you and your trophies with respect. I trust all of the guys in the shop with a P&Y buck to my wife’s first buck. Stop by their shop when you are in the area and see the quality of work for yourself. All mounts they are working on or recently finished and awaiting pickup are on display, so you can see the quality of work repeated over and over again. Each trip into the shop is a new adventure, you might see zebra, kudu, or maybe an ibex, sometimes you will see elk or a stag, you will always see various deer and typically see some bear too. Their work is top-notch and brings life back into each memory.

Following a recommendation from a friend and lifelong hunter, I took my first animal to get mounted at Artistic Visions 6 years ago and have never considered going anywhere else. Aaron and his team do exceptional work and go above and beyond to make sure your animal gets the respect it deserves and you have something you can admire for a lifetime. After seeing hundreds of pieces they have done over the years, there is no one else I trust more.

I admire and have the fullest confidence in their skill, expertise, and workmanship with every trophy I take them and am truly amazed by the work they do. I’ve sent friends and family to Artistic Visions with their trophies and have heard nothing but raving reviews and the smiles on their faces when they first see their animals are unforgettable. Hands down the best work I’ve ever seen–truly brings these beautiful animals back to life!

Artistic Visions Wildlife Studio is above the best! I was amazed at the life-like quality of my African trophies. I was able to harvest 6 beautiful animals from South Africa and had them displayed on my wall within ten months of harvesting them. Aaron’s studio is a one-stop Taxidermy shop; He coordinated the entire shipping, importing, and tanning process. I received numerous phone calls and emails from Aaron during the process to keep me informed of my trophy status. I truly enjoyed my experience with Artistic Visions Wildlife Studio. Aaron is an exceptionally talented artist with the desire to make every customer happy with a trophy they will be proud to display forever.

Aaron, I wanted to let you know that my Waterbuck mount arrived yesterday and is very well done! Your attention to detail and thoroughness show in your work and the mount will be a cherished addition to my African plains game wall in my trophy room for many years to come.

Not knowing what’s happening and where your trophies in the shipping process are is very concerning to the international hunter. The last trophy shipment from SA took nearly a year to get shipped and was a hassle after another working with the shipping company in SA to get them picked up from the dip/ship taxidermist, hauled to the airport in Jo’berg, and finally scheduled for delivery – never again!

Being kept in the loop with timely notices from the time the trophies were picked up from the concession in SA, shipped from Jo’berg, cleared customs in New York, and delivered to your shop, I knew where my trophies were at all times. Getting my trophies out of Africa, through customs, and delivered to your shop in 121 days was impressive, to say the least.

The domestic freight company called several days in advance to let me know when the shipment would arrive, and the driver actually showed up an hour and a half early of the scheduled delivery time. The freight forwarding company built a sturdy and very secure container and sent an email notifying me of the tracking number of the shipment. I was impressed that any common carrier could get my trophy picked up on the east coast and delivered to south Texas in 4 days! Most freight sits in a warehouse and can take up to 2 weeks to find space on the trailer and be scheduled for transport; usually arriving at the shipper’s freight terminal. Having a trophy shipment delivered to my house will certainly spoil a guy!

Thanks again for all your hard work and professional attention to making sure my trophies were handled with the utmost care and delivered at very reasonable prices and unexpectedly fast time frame!

If my male lion hunt is successful this coming fall, I look forward to working with you to create the two life-size mounts of the lion attacking my trophy Nyala bull!

I am sure that it goes without saying but when you have much of your time, energy, and money invested in a big game hunt, you tend to be a little picky when it comes to your taxidermy. I first saw Artistic Visions Taxidermy at an outdoor and hunting show and was extremely impressed with both his beautiful and realistic work as well as his pricing and timeliness on the return of the finished trophies. After looking at half a dozen or so other taxidermy studios Artistic Visions continued to stick out in my mind. Not only was the trophy quality amazing, Aaron’s eagerness and positive attitude towards me as a client sealed the deal. I felt like a person not a number with his studio and that my trophies would be taken care of properly. When Aaron says he would be “honored” to complete your trophies I felt like he was actually telling the truth not trying to make a sales pitch.

I am proud to say that I harvested a beautiful African Lion this past year and was very well taken care of by Aaron of Artistic Visions as well as the dip and ship companies he referred to get my trophies back here to the United States. After setting up the dip and ship (which went extraordinarily smooth in comparison to my previous African safaris) and importing into the U.S., Aaron took only 7 months to get my beautiful lion back to its rightful and proud place in my trophy room. The artistry and quality were exceptional, and my lion looks as good as the day I harvested it. My wife and I are amazed at how life-like it is, almost like it can walk right off the base. I could not be a happier client. Artistic Visions Wildlife Studios is a professional, top-class Taxidermy outfit. After years of looking for the right taxidermist to fulfill all of my trophy needs, I am 100% sure I have found it in Artistic Visions. On your next hunt give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Aaron, Wow! When my husband went to pick up our lion and cape buffalo horns, I was at work and he refused to send me a picture. He just said, “You have to see it in person.” ‘Alex’ the lion is so life-like that people who visit immediately take a step backward when they see him in the living room. We thank you for talking us into keeping it a full mount. He is so beautiful, and the pose is perfect. He is looking right at you! As you know, we have had bad experiences with several taxidermists. In fact, Don’s cape buffalo was literally ruined by two taxidermists to the point where all that could be resurrected was the horns. You were able to make Don’s ultimate hunting experience finally become a showpiece with an ingenious way to show the horns off.

We are very hands-on people and want to know details of our trophies as they are being posed and finished. With you, you gave us immediate trust that you understood exactly what we wanted, and we never needed to ask how things were going, what does the pose look like, or when will it be done? It was finished when you said it would be finished, which was a very short turnaround time for all you had to do. We’ve been admiring your work at the Harrisburg Show for several years, and a friend of ours used you last year. Our only regret…we didn’t take the lion to you when we first interviewed you. We had promised it to someone who was an up-and-coming taxidermist who had good work and wanted to use it as a showpiece. Well, it never got done after a year.

Cats, in my opinion, are one of the most difficult animals to get the facial features right. Not only is our lion right, but it is also exactly the way he looked the day I took him. He was an old warrior, with lots of scars, who certainly deserved to be preserved in such a regal fashion.

Thanks again, and we’ll be coming back to you after another hunting trip!
